You need to download PuTTY from an authentic source. Please click on below link to download PuTTY. Please make sure you are aware of your system details. So you can choose one out of 32 bit and 64-bit version.

Step 2: Run installation wizard
The download will Take hardly half a minute. After downloading you have to double click on Downloaded file. Now System will Ask permission to run PuTTY installation wizard. You need to click on ‘RUN’ to start the installation.

Step 3 Complete PuTTY installation process
Now WizardWizard will Ask to do settings. We Recommend keeping those default settings and just complete Wizard by clicking on “Next’. Last click on ‘Finish’. Congratulations, your PuTTY is successfully installed.
Step 4 Open PuTTY Software
We successfully installed PuTTY on your windows OS. Now you can open it from windows programme menu.
Step 5 Insert IP address and click on Open
In PuTTY, enter your host name or server IP. Select Port 22. If you changes default port to another value, you can enter that port number. Select SSH in connection type list. Now click on ‘Open’
Step 6 Enter Username and password
Linux window will ask you Username, provide username and press Enter. Now you have to provide password. Password stays invisible so please enter once and press Enter. You will get SSH access to VPS or Dedicated Server.
